10:00 -- Welcome -- Gary Joiner Pledge of Allegiance / Opening Prayer Introduction of Special Guests

10:10 -- Update from Historic Site Manager Steve Bounds and Staff, Activities of the Year

10:30 -- Viewing of Historic Site's Video Presentation

10:50 -- Brief Tour of the Park -

11:30 -- Adjourn to Parish Hall, Christ Memorial Episcopal Church

11:30 - 12:00 -- Registration Continues at Parish Hall

12:10 -- Luncheon/Blessing

12:30 -- Call to Order, Recognition of Dignitaries,Recognition of Honor Roll Members

12:45 -- Greetings from Elected Officials: confirmed: Mansfield Mayor Curtis McCoy (two state officials have expressed an interest in working this into their schedules but have not confirmed at this time; Rep. Beverly Bruce has a meeting in Baton Rouge on that date, and Senator Sherri Cheek was scheduled for another event on that date--both send their regrets)
